Tartu - Paris
The end of August is also the back -o-school season for corvids! They can again be seen in their favourite tree, in large groups.

As the end of the nesting season makes them again able to cohabitate peacefully, different species can again be seen resting on the same branches, very close to each other, without any sign of stress or animosity.

It is now time to eat as much as they can, to prepare themselves for the next Estonian winter. Such remains of meal, like this open and emptied pinecone, can be found everywhere next to the big flocks.
