Field observations from 9th August 2022 to 25th August 2022

As the nesting season ends, corvids are seen again in their favorite trees, all together, after few months of absence.

Aggressivity decreases, and different species can again coexist peacefully when looking for food. Like here, with C. frugilegus and C. monedula…

…or here, with C. frugilegus and C. cornix.

It is a quiet period of the year, and birds are slowly starting to eat more and put up some weight, in expectation of colder times.
