Field observations from 28th September 2022 to 30th September 2022

Corvids are preparing for winter and are back to the places they used to live during the cold season. Here, on a roof that was used by seagulls during nesting season…

…or here, on a tree that was too close to a very aggressive gulls’ nest.

They are also more seen on the ground, foraging for insects and seeds.

As light is starting to fade earlier and earlier, it will be soon time for big evening gatherings again!
